AACo Properties, LLC is a new real estate investment firm located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. We buy single family homes, townhouses, rowhouses, duplexes, condominiums, land, and commercial properties in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore, central Maryland, and in the surrounding areas.

We have a wide range of programs to buy houses in any condition and in any price range.

We are investors, not real estate agents. We don't list houses, we buy them.

We buy houses and land from owners who want to sell quickly.  We prefer to deal directly with owners, but we are happy to work with real estate agents, estate executors, wholesalers, or any other seller's representative.
